Khalid Alshwaish

Khalid Alshwaish, MBA, CIPD, currently serves as the OD & HR Development Director at King Salman Park Foundation since August 2020, having previously held the roles of OD & HR Development Sr. Manager and Manager, where responsibilities included developing salary scales, grading systems, and reviewing best practices. Khalid's prior experience includes overseeing the entire recruitment cycle at Saudi Telecom Company from February 2016 to September 2020 and roles in recruitment analysis and employee relations at Deloitte. Khalid's career began in HR/CSR at Al Khozama Investment and leadership as President of the Saudi Students Club. Khalid holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
