Barry Knuttila

Barry Knuttila has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Barry started their career as a Development Manager at Enfin Corporation in 1990 and later moved to VMark Software as a Director of Object Studio Development. In this role, they managed the development of a market-leading Smalltalk development system. Barry then joined Motiva as a Vice President of Advanced Research and Technology, where they successfully built a team and released several major versions of the eChange Solutions system. After Motiva, Barry joined Peregrine Systems, Inc as an Area Vice President of Software Development, responsible for the development of the company's Employee Self Service applications and Business Intelligence platform. Barry then became the CEO of King Schools, Inc, a leading provider of online aviation knowledge training. In this role, they oversaw the company's operations and made learning fun and accessible for pilots, aircraft mechanics, and drone operators worldwide.

Barry Knuttila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from San Diego State University. In addition to their formal education, Barry has obtained multiple certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration. Barry received their Certificated Flight Instructor certification in September 2004, their Certificated Ground Instructor certification in August 2004, and their Airline Transport Pilot certification in October 2012.
