Elizabeth Pavone

Elizabeth Pavone currently serves as the Director of Lawyer Talent Development at King & Spalding since February 2021, having previously held the role of Associate Director of Talent Development. Prior to this position, Elizabeth worked at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP as the Corporate and Finance Practice Manager from October 2018 to February 2021. Elizabeth's career includes extensive experience at KPMG LLP as a Senior Manager in Business Tax Services and at Deloitte as a Manager in Financial Advisory Services. Elizabeth holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, with concentrations in Marketing, Leadership, and Strategy, along with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton.
