Laurent Bensaid

Laurent Bensaid is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Currently serving as Principal Managing Partner and Avocat associé at King & Spalding since July 2018, Bensaid previously held the position of Avocat Associé at HOCHE AVOCATS from July 2009 to June 2018. Prior experience includes roles at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, focusing on M&A.
