Megan Phillips

Megan Phillips serves as the Manager of Lawyer Talent Development at King & Spalding since September 2021, having progressed from a Senior Coordinator role in the same department. Responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of formal training, performing CLE material reviews, assisting with onboarding programs, managing professional development resources, and overseeing career development advising programs.
