Russell Sacks

Russell Sacks is a partner at King & Spalding, with a legal career that spans over two decades. Prior to joining King & Spalding in February 2021, Russell was a partner at Shearman & Sterling LLP from January 2000 to February 2021, where Russell was a member of the Financial Institutions Advisory & Financial Regulatory Group in the New York Office. Russell began legal training as a law clerk to The Honourable Mr. Justice Allen M at the Federal Court of Canada from September 1998 to September 1999. Russell holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Toronto, completed in 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Columbia College, Columbia University, completed in 1994. Russell is an alumnus of Upper Canada College.
