Anna Fergusson

Anna Fergusson serves as the Global Head of Conflicts & Business Acceptance at King & Wood Mallesons since November 2015, having previously held multiple roles within the firm, including Senior Conflicts Manager and Head of Business Intake EUME. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Risk & Compliance Lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Holman Fenwick Willan LLP, as well as a Senior Conflicts Lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP. Anna began their career as a commercial litigation solicitor at Gadens Lawyers and Marque Lawyers. Anna holds a Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University and multiple degrees from Charles Sturt University and the University of Technology Sydney, including a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
