Gordon Gao

Gordon Gao is an International Partner at King & Wood Mallesons, specializing in intellectual property rights litigation, particularly in patent infringement cases within the semiconductor and communication sectors since May 2022. Previously, Gordon served as a Partner at Fangda Partners from December 2006 to May 2022 and as Of Counsel at Paul Hastings from December 2004 to December 2006, focusing on China IP litigation. Early career experience includes roles as an Associate at Deacons and Skjerven Morrill MacPherson Franklin and Friel, as well as Patent Counsel at LSI Logic. Gordon holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and has a Bachelor of Engineering from Daqing Petroleum Institute, complemented by studies at Stanford University and the University of Houston.
