Jo McAlpine

Jo McAlpine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent development. Currently, Jo serves as Director of Culture, Leadership, and Wellbeing at King & Wood Mallesons, having also held the position of Head of Talent and Capability there. Previous roles include HC Director at PwC's Financial Advisory, Head of Organisational Development at Woolworths Group, and various leadership positions at PwC, including COO of Private Clients and Human Capital Director. Jo holds a BA and BEd in Psychology and Education from the University of Otago.
