Kellie Mclean is an experienced Senior Resourcing Consultant at King & Wood Mallesons, having been with the firm since March 2019. Kellie previously held the position of General Manager at KJConsulting - Legal Resourcing from November 2014 to March 2019, specializing in sourcing lawyers for law firms in Australia and international jurisdictions. Prior to that, Kellie served as Head of Resourcing at Barratt Galvin and held roles at JLegal Limited, where responsibilities included advising on employment trends and providing career counseling. Kellie's career in legal recruitment began at GR Law, where a strong focus on the Australian legal market was developed. Starting in education as a Teacher/Trainer Manager at GEOS Japan, Kellie later pursued a Master of Writing at the University of Sydney.
