Luke Hawthorne

Luke Hawthorne is a Senior Associate and Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons, with experience dating back to December 2011. Previous roles include Legal Counsel Secondee for Telstra in both Products, Marketing & Intellectual Property and Technology, Innovation & Intellectual Property, as well as a Lawyer and Business Affairs Executive at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. Earlier in their career, Luke held positions at Norton Rose Fulbright as an Associate and Lawyer, alongside experience as a Paralegal. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honours and a Graduate Certificate in Emerging Technologies and Law from RMIT University, complemented by a Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honours in International Affairs and English from the University of Newcastle.
