Nelda Turnbull

Nelda Turnbull is an experienced legal professional specializing in banking and finance law. Currently serving as Special Counsel at King & Wood Mallesons since February 2022, Nelda previously held significant roles at NAB as Head of Transaction Banking Legal and Senior Legal Counsel, where responsibilities included advising on G20 legislation and leading the implementation of benchmark reform. Prior experience includes positions at Clifford Chance as Counsel and Senior Associate, with a focus on general finance, syndicated lending, and derivatives trade reporting, as well as legal roles at Allen & Overy and Vow Financial.
