Tim Klineberg

Tim Klineberg is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in restructuring and insolvency. Currently a partner in the Banking and Finance team at King & Wood Mallesons since November 2015, Tim is based in Sydney. Prior to this role, Tim was a partner in the Restructuring and Special Situations team at Ashurst from February 2011 to October 2015, where Tim contributed to a leading practice in the Australian and Asia-Pacific legal markets. Tim also held the position of Senior Associate earlier in the career.
