Tracey Jordan Gaicd

Tracey Jordan GAICD is a legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Special Counsel at King & Wood Mallesons since September 2021, Tracey has previously held significant roles, including Special Counsel - Real Estate at K&L Gates and Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Charter Hall. As a member of the Property Council of Australia NSW Capital Markets Committee and a former Director of Sydney Philharmonia Limited, Tracey has demonstrated a commitment to both the legal profession and community engagement through the promotion of choral music. Notable earlier positions include National Manager of Unlisted Property Funds and Senior Legal Counsel at Stockland and Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons.
