Tricia Hill

Tricia Hill serves as Development Director at Kingdom Housing Association since December 2023, showcasing expertise in affordable housing funding and development. Prior to this role, Tricia held the position of Head of Placemaking at Scottish Canals from September 2022 to November 2023. Tricia's experience also includes roles at The City of Edinburgh Council as Development & Regeneration Manager and Senior Project Manager, along with serving as Head of Development - Scotland at Places for People. Tricia earlier worked as Programme Manager at The City of Edinburgh Council. Educationally, Tricia possesses an MA (Hons) in Sociology from The University of Edinburgh, awarded in 2001.
