John Coleman

John Coleman has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. John most recently served as the Vice President for the UK at Kingfisher, where they transformed the mobile ownership experience and brought unparalleled freedom and flexibility to mobile users. Prior to this, John worked as a Commercial Consultant at Inmarsat, leading the development of a new IoT commercial portfolio. John also served as the Director of In-Life Base & Mobile Trading at Virgin Media, where they designed and delivered a trading strategy to grow revenues.

Earlier in their career, John held several senior positions at Dixons Carphone, including Director of Connectivity, Commercial Director Mobile, and Head of Pay Monthly. John was responsible for driving profitability, negotiating commercial partnerships, and leading strategic direction for the company's core mobile categories. John also worked at EE as the Head of Upgrade & Retention and Head of Portfolio Profitability, where they focused on customer retention, cross-sell strategies, and financial planning.

Before entering the telecommunications industry, John worked as a Senior Commercial Analyst at Network Rail, where they provided commercial analysis and financial support for infrastructure projects. John also gained experience in credit operations and finance at Debenhams, where they managed the Store Card program and implemented strategic changes to marketing trading calendars.

John's career began as a Chartered Accountant at Hardcastle Burton Chartered Accountants. John is highly experienced in business strategy, trading performance, commercial partnerships, and team leadership.

John Coleman attended Enfield Grammar School from 1985 to 1992, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned during this period.
