Amy Riviello

Amy Riviello's work experience includes a role as Performance Manager at Kingfisher Systems, Inc. from June 2014 to present, where they support DFAS DMI III. Amy also held the position of Performance Manager at Unisys from October 2002 to June 2014, where they tracked Service Level Agreements, created reports, and updated documentation for ITIL categories. Additionally, they participated in the ISO 20K certification as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Amy Riviello pursued their education from 1993 to 1999 at George Mason University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
