Martha Sottosanti

Ms. Sottosanti is an attorney with a background in commercial litigation and employment law. She practiced law at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP and Fisher & Phillips LLP, defending businesses in a variety of litigation matters. She has significant experience in fundraising for charitable organizations, and currently leads the underwriting and sponsorship team for Las Patronas, a San Diego-based nonprofit that has donated over $21 million to over a thousand charitable institutions in San Diego. Ms. Sottosanti is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for The Bishop’s School, of which she is an alumna. Ms. Sottosanti previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Conflict Resolution Center and the Board of Trustees for The Children’s School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings School of Law. She has been a member of the California Bar since 1995 and holds a California real estate license.
