Chloe Cottam

Chloe Cottam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product data management and customer service. Currently serving as a Product Data Development Specialist at Kingfisher plc since January 2022, Chloe has previously held positions at CooperVision as a Master Data/Packaging Change Analyst and Business Unit Administrator, where responsibilities included processing commercial artwork and managing product data via ERP systems. Prior work experience includes roles at Ericsson as a Customer Service Analyst and Shipping Coordinator, and at CIBA Vision as a Customer Support Advisor, where skills in order processing and master data management were further developed. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from the University of Plymouth.
