Nicola Prescott

Nicola Prescott currently leads the Colleague Experience team at Kingfisher plc, focusing on enhancing colleague experiences across global operations. Since January 2016, Nicola has played a pivotal role in shaping Kingfisher's Global Talent Acquisition function and overseeing significant programs, including the implementation of the global applicant tracking system, iCIMS. Previously, Nicola served as the Resourcing Delivery Manager at the John Lewis Partnership, focusing on superior recruitment services, and held various roles in resourcing and recruitment management at LV=, Fat Face, BT, and Adecco Group. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in Media and Cultural Studies from Solent University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
