Vincent le Bras

Vincent Le Bras is a professional with extensive experience in product engineering and development within the retail and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Customer & Development DIY Lab Lead at Kingfisher plc since September 2015, Vincent is responsible for prototyping various product types, conducting customer use tests, and overseeing global product improvement initiatives. Previously, Vincent held roles as Lead Engineer Outdoor and Industrial Engineer at Kingfisher, focusing on technical leadership in product development and ensuring effective collaboration between design teams and suppliers. Prior experience includes a position as Product Engineer at Decathlon France, where a strong foundation in design, innovation, and industrialization of hard goods and shoe products was established. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Material Engineering, complementing a solid educational background with practical expertise.
