This is a senior role with team lead responsibilities. You will lead a team of influencer strategists to support the biggest influencer campaigns in Switzerland, develop strategic influencer partnerships, and help organize exceptional brand experiences and events with creators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Subject Leadership: Shape and enhance Kinfluencers’ strategy concerning influencer marketing. Promote and utilize best-in-class tools and processes for influencer identification, contract negotiation, content planning, measurement, and ROI/KPI analysis.
- Campaign Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategy team to understand client needs, developing holistic, integrated, multi-platform campaigns that deliver impactful results.
- Influencer Relations: Manage and cultivate relationships with influencers, content creators, thought leaders, and celebrities, either directly or through management agencies. Ensure robust and engaging partnerships.
- Event Organization: Organize and support influencer events and authentic, engaging brand experiences that resonate with target audiences.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach junior team members, ensuring effective task management, capacity planning, and advocacy for team objectives within the organization.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients and colleagues on influencer best practices and support strategic agency initiatives with influencer expertise.
- Database Oversight: Oversee and enhance the internal influencer database, ensuring it is up-to-date and comprehensive.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master`s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the influencer marketing landscape within Switzerland. Experience in the German market is a plus.
- Network & Relationships: Strong network and understanding of influencers within the Switzerland/DACH region.
- Campaign Expertise: Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing complex influencer campaigns with a deep understanding of key metrics and success factors.
- Event Planning: Skilled in organizing PR/influencer events and creating memorable brand experiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Very strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Must be a collaborative team player.
- Leadership Ability: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and guide a small, dynamic team to achieve success.
- Resilience & Prioritization: Ability to set priorities, manage stress, and maintain resilience in a fast-paced environment.
