Alexander Kogan is an experienced swim instructor and water polo player with a diverse background in coaching and project management. Currently serving as a lifeguard and youth swim instructor at Kings Bay YM-YWHA, Alexander plays a pivotal role in ensuring safety and fostering swimming skills in children aged 4-12. As a participant in Asphalt Green’s Masters Water Polo Club, Alexander competes at various levels. A former Player Development Coach at Y Pro Water Polo, Alexander contributed to the growth of young athletes, while also excelling as a player in junior competitions. Alexander's experience further includes an internship at Insurance Time NYC, focusing on digital transformation and financial management, as well as serving as a volunteer student athletic director at North Shore Hebrew Academy High School. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Global Finance and Business Economics at Fordham Gabelli School of Business, Alexander has a strong academic foundation built upon prior education at North Shore Hebrew Academy High School and IS 239 Mark Twain For The Gifted And Talented.
