Randi Brooks

Randi Brooks has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Randi started their career as a Registered Nurse at King's Daughters Medical Center in 2008 and transitioned to the role of Clinical Quality Auditor in 2012. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Assistant Compliance Officer at the same institution. In 2017, they became the Compliance Officer at King's Daughters Medical Center, a role they held until 2020. At Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi, Randi worked as a Senior Compliance Auditor from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Revenue Integrity at King's Daughters Medical Center and is responsible for Revenue Cycle and Clinical Integration. Overall, Randi brings a breadth of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, and nursing to their current position.

Randi Brooks earned an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Copiah-Lincoln Community College in 2008. Randi then went on to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Mississippi University for Women in 2013. Lastly, they attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Delta State University in 2018.
