Joey Waugh Ma

Joey Waugh MA, LAT, ATC is a Certified Athletic Trainer currently employed at King’s Daughters Medical Center, specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine since November 2022. Previously, Joey served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Marshall University, where responsibilities included medical coverage for various sports and oversight of insurance coordination and rehabilitation protocols. Additional experience encompasses a leadership role at Gatorade Summer Sports Camps, as well as positions at Southeast Missouri State University, where Joey provided medical coverage for multiple sports teams and managed an Athletic Training Room. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and Athletic Training from Miami University.
