Risa Magid Boyer is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Chef Instructor at Kings Food Markets and Sweet Expressions by Geri since 2022 and 2021, respectively. As the Chef/Owner of Vanillamore, established in 2015, Risa curates private dining experiences and hands-on cooking classes while also authoring cookbooks. Risa has a rich background, having previously operated Pastries by Risa from 2013 to 2015, and held various roles including Pastry Chef at De Novo European Pub and Resident Chef at Sur La Table. Risa's formal education includes a Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Restaurant Management from The Culinary Institute of America.
