Boyce L. Swift

Boyce L. Swift, MA, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Miami University Regionals and as Human Resources Director at Kings Island, a role started in June 2024. Previously, Boyce held the position of Director of Human Resources and Talent Management at Great Miami Valley YMCA from September 2018 to May 2024.
