Richard Exley has a diverse work experience in the security industry. Richard started their career as a Security Consultant at Spire Consultants Ltd in 1990 and later worked as a Fraud Investigator at Royal Mail. Richard then took on roles as a Senior Security Consultant at L. M. Ericsson and as a Security Consultant at ABV Rock Group/L.M.Ericsson, where they were responsible for various aspects of operational security. In 1995, they became the Chief Security Consultant at ABV Rock Group, overseeing a major security contract in Saudi Arabia. Richard then worked as a Site Manager at Corps of Commissionaires before transitioning into roles at ISS and G4S as a Security officer and Security personnel, respectively. Currently, they hold the position of Head Office Security at Kings Security Systems since 2013.
Richard Exley attended a Technology college from 1973 to 1975, where they obtained a City & Guilds degree in Art. Richard also attended a Grammar School in Bradford, and later studied at Bradford College of Art and Technology, where they earned another City and Guilds degree.
