Eric Rosen

Eric Rosen, PhD, LMFT, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Connected Care, established in November 2024, dedicated to linking behavioral health professionals with clients and innovating healthcare solutions. With extensive experience in the behavioral health sector, Rosen has held significant positions such as the Director of Business Development and Quality & Utilization Management Manager at Kings View Community Services, Inc. since January 2022. Previous roles include Associate Faculty at the University of Phoenix, Behavioral Health Services Division Manager for Madera County, and various positions at The County of Fresno, including Senior Licensed Mental Health Clinician and Utilization Review Specialist. Rosen’s academic credentials include a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Texas Tech University, an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
