Udgum Khadka

Udgum Khadka is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of International Collaboration and Innovations at King's College Nepal since October 2018, also taking on the role of Educational Designer/Faculty. Udgum has been a Learning Designer at Empowerment Academy, contributing to empowering students, teachers, and professionals since November 2018. Previous roles include HundrED Country Lead for Nepal from February 2021 to January 2023, and Demola Facilitator between August 2019 and August 2022, focusing on innovation and collaboration. Udgum has also worked as a Community Coordinator at Tellus Innovation Arena and held various positions within AIESEC, enhancing skills in business development and outreach. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Marketing and an Entrepreneurship minor from Oulu Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Marketing from Kathmandu University.
