Brendon Pollard

Principal, Director Of Design And Planning at Kingscott Associates

Brendon Pollard has primarily worked at Kingscott Associates, starting in 1991 as a Principal, Project Director, and Certified Educational Facility Planner. Brendon held this role until 2014, when they became the President and Director of Educational Planning. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Principal and Director of Design and Planning. Outside of Kingscott Associates, Brendon briefly served as the Chair of the Advisory Board for Leadership Kalamazoo in 2012.

Brendon Pollard attended Ball State University from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree in Architecture and Environmental Design. In addition, they also received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Design during the same period.

Brendon Pollard has obtained various certifications over the years. In November 2015, they became a Licensed Architect with the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Similarly, in April 2015, they received a license as an Architect from the State of Indiana and the Ohio Architects Board. In October 2014, they became a Licensed Architect with the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.

Moreover, in September 2013, Brendon Pollard obtained the Accredited Learning Environment Planner certification, which was formerly known as the Certified Educational Facility Planner. This certification was granted by the Association for Learning Environments, previously known as the Council of Educational Facility Planners International.
