Bethan Owen

Bethan Owen is a Partner at Kingsley Napley LLP, where Bethan has worked since October 2004, having joined the Real Estate team upon qualification. Their expertise encompasses residential and commercial development, high-value residential transactions, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, rights of first refusal, and portfolio management. Previously, Bethan served as a Partner at Teacher Stern Selby from September 2002 to September 2004 and undertook training as a Trainee. Bethan earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Liverpool and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Guildford College of Law.
