Elmar Lohe-Hörder

Elmar Lohe-Hörder has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Elmar started their career as a Trainee Export und Länderreferent Südostasien at Mannesmann Demag Baumaschinen AG in 1995. From 1997 to 1998, they served as a Marketing Controller at Svedala Deutschland GmbH. In 1999, they joined MC-Bauchemie Müller GmbH & Co. KG as the Country Manager & Head of international Recruiting, a position they held until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Klöpper-Therm GmbH & Co. KG as a Member of the Executive Board. Since 2016, they have been the Business Unit Director PowerPanel & FSL CEME at Kingspan Global.

From 1991 to 1995, Elmar Lohe-Hörder pursued their education at FH Gelsenkirchen where they obtained a degree in Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering) and Konstruktionstechnik (Construction Technology) with the title "Dipl.-Ing. FH".
