Hertzog Badenhorst has a strong background in operations and sales. Hertzog started their career at South African Breweries in 2006 as a Sales Consultant. Hertzog then moved on to Clotan Steel in 2007, where they held the positions of Exports Consultant from 2007 to 2008 and Exports Manager from 2009 to 2010. In 2012, they became the Operations Director at Clotan Steel, a role they currently hold.
Hertzog Badenhorst obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Marketing Management from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria between 2002 and 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a career concentration in Strategy from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2011 to 2012.
