Shane McMahon

Shane McMahon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shane is currently working at Tate Inc. as the Strategic Accounts Director, responsible for managing strategic accounts. Prior to this role, they served as the General Manager at Tate Inc. and as the Sales Director for Europe. Shane was also the Commercial Manager for Europe, where they focused on maximizing data center performance through innovative airflow management products and services.

Before joining Tate Inc., Shane worked at Kingspan Global, where they held multiple positions. Shane was the Strategic Accounts Director for Kingspan Tate and the National Business Development Manager, responsible for expanding the generation assets for the company's joint venture with ESB. Shane also served as the International Business Development Manager, focusing on the growth of large-scale solar deployment internationally. Additionally, they worked as the Northern Area Sales Manager.

Shane has also been involved with Host in Ireland, an industry initiative, where they served as a Marketing Council Member. This role allowed him to contribute to the development of themes and concepts that educated and informed the industry, policy makers, and the public.

Earlier in their career, Shane worked at Kingspan Renewables as the Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast of North America and as a Project Engineer. In these roles, they gained experience in various manufacturing processes and was involved in the automation and consolidation of two factories into the first fully automated solar tube production facility in the world.

Shane's career began at Intel Corporation, where they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op. In this role, they were responsible for designing and maintaining manufacturing reporting systems and implementing lean manufacturing tools.

Shane McMahon attended St. Declan's College from 1999 to 2004, where they completed their Leaving Certificate. From 2004 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering & Business Studies, with a focus on Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, at DCU School of Engineering. Shane also obtained a degree in Manufacturing Engineering with Business Studies from Dublin City University during the same period.
