Alberto Ardura

Alberto has over 35 years of experience on different Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Client Coverage roles across Latin America.

Based in New York, Alberto is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TriFi Capital Solutions, and Advisory Firm which specializes in Private Equity, Structured Credit, and M&A for Latin American clients.

Alberto is also a Sponsor and CEO of BITE Acquisition Corp, a NYSE listed SPAC focused in the US Consumer business.

Prior to founding TriFi, Alberto was Vice Chairman of Corporate Finance for Latin America and member of the Emerging Markets, Capital Markets, and Investment Banking Executive Committees for Deutsche Bank.

He was Nomura’s Head of Investment Bank and Client Coverage for Latin America and previously he acted as Merrill Lynch Mexico’s Country Head.

Alberto is currently an Independent Board member of Grupo HSBC Mexico and subsidiaries, and a Board member of CH, a hospitality group with operations in Mexico, US and Spain.
