Andrew Chulack

Andrew Chulack is a seasoned M&A and investment professional with over 25 years of deal-making experience. He has worked with clients all over the world and in the past 15 years has focused on landmark transactions with both multinational and local clients in the CEEMEA region, CIS and Russia in particular. Andrew has recently established his own private advisory and investment business with core focus on helping international clients with restructuring their business in Russia and complex cross-border deals, including exits.

Andrew joined Merrill Lynch out of business school in 1996 in London and left the bank as Managing Director and Head of CEEMEA M&A in 2006 to join Deutsche Bank in London in the same role.
