Dr. Boaz A Schwartz is an experienced investment banker, venture investor and corporate founder.

Since retiring from Deutsche Bank in Dec 2020, Dr. Schwartz is fully dedicated to helping his portfolio companies working closely with their CEOs and boards on strategy and financing strategy.

Dr. Schwartz has also invested in a plethora of venture backed companies and led several successful exits.

Dr. Schwartz joined Bankers Trust in 1997 to establish its corporate finance practice in Israel and became CEO of Deutsche Bank Israel in 1999. He grew Deutsche Bank to one of the largest corporate and investment banks in Israel offering Investment banking and advisory services, brokerage on the TASE, institutional sales and private wealth services. At its peak DB Israel had more than 30 employees and a substantial market share of the Israeli market in those products.

Dr. Schwartz has a B.Sc and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and Ph.D in Finance from Booth School at the University of Chicago.
