Cecilia Hultén

Cecilia has been an intrapreneur and strategic leader for more than two decades in the financial industry.

She led large international teams within Capital Markets for institutions such as UBS Investment Bank and Nordea Bank.

She has proven to be a successful business builder, a diligent and dynamic change agent, experienced in organizational transformation, capable of creating value for all stakeholders involved.

Inspired by her time at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Singularity University, and the startup scene in Silicon Valley, she left the corporate world in 2016 to invest her time and capital in new transformative businesses as an entrepreneur, advisor and investor.

Her venture portfolio holds investments with focus on Fintech, Health- and Biotech.

Cecilia has co-founded Cbio A/S in 2019, a biotech company focusing on cell-based immunotherapies and before that Bonum ID Inc., a Data Management business commercializing a project out MITs Fintech program.

Cecilia is on the Board of Directors for Fintech Solutions ApS, a future digital and cloud-based lending bank for SMEs and MedConnect ApS and a digital health platform offering e-health consultations.

When Cecilia finalized LEAD, a one-year Executive program focusing on corporate innovation, Stanford Graduate School of business, Cecilia was invited to be part of the teaching team at as a coach for Executive students. She works with Professor Jennifer Aaker at the ’Innovation Playbook’ and Professor Pfeffer at the ‘Building Power to Lead’.

Cecilia holds a BSc in Business Administration and Economics with a Major in Finance at Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law. She concluded the 2nd year of the MBA program at Stern School of Business, NYU where she was awarded the Wallenberg scholarship.
