Daniel Kalczynski

After more than 30 years in various management positions at Deutsche Bank AG, Daniel Kalczynski founded his own consulting company in April 2021 and advises families from the German Mittelstand as well as Multi Family Offices and Asset Managers.

At Deutsche Bank AG, Daniel was particularly active in the private and business client area as well as in wealth management. Among other things, he was involved in the bank’s strategic acquisition projects such as Postbank, Norisbank and Sal. Oppenheim.

Daniel then spent the last ten years in wealth management. There he took on leadership roles in sales, COO and product areas. He was COO of the joint venture Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management.

Within the last four years he was Co-Head of Wealth Management Germany and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Sal. Oppenheim as well as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Oppenheim Family Office AG.

In the last year, he was responsible for building a European platform for Multi-Family Offices and Financial Intermediaries.

In these roles, Daniel was also a member of the Global Executive Committee Wealth Management as well as the Management Committee Germany of Deutsche Bank AG.
