David Greenbaum has been CFO of CPI Property Group (CPIPG) since February 2018.
CPIPG is one of the largest European owners of income-generating real estate with a focus on Berlin, the Czech Republic, Poland and the CEE region.
A family owned, Frankfurt listed company founded by Czech billionaire Radovan Vitek in the 1990s, CPIPG has grown into a regional powerhouse with a €10 billion property portfolio, the largest portion of which is offices located in key Central European capital cities.
CPIPG has strong investment grade credit ratings and is considered a leader on the international capital markets having issued multiple green bonds, senior bonds, and hybrids in eight global and local currencies.
Prior to joining CPIPG, David worked for Deutsche Bank for 16 years. As a debt capital markets and financing specialist, David worked in New York, Singapore and London and advised many corporates, banks and sovereigns on successful capital markets transactions.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, David worked for Credit Suisse First Boston and Alliance Capital Management.
David graduated from Cornell University in 1999.
