Ido Gonen

Ido is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Indigo Energy Ltd, based in Tel Aviv.

Indigo provides capital and project advisory to financial institutions and developers, focusing on renewable energy.

Prior to founding Indigo Energy, Ido was with Deutsche Bank for 14 years holding different roles, most recently as the Israel Country Head of Capital Markets & Treasury Solutions.

Joining DB in 2005 in the NY office Ido was part of the securitization group, focusing on Latin America.

Upon his return to Israel in 2009, Ido focused on illiquid credit trading, greatly enhancing the bank’s capabilities in the country.

Later on, as head of coverage for global markets, Ido originated and executed several landmark transactions, positioning DB as the most active foreign bank in the Israeli credit space.

Ido holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
