Mark Beilby is a Co-Founder of Namier Capital, a leading advisor to disruptive companies, based in London.
Mark was successively Head of Media/Technology equities at SG Warburg, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan. 22 years in total, and 13 years as Capital Markets Managing Director. He joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Analyst in 1986.
He advised on, structured, distributed and supported through Research 42 Initial Public Offerings, Equity placements or Convertible Debt issues which collectively raised more than $10bn.
He was rated the top European Media Analyst for nine years by the Institutional Investor and Reuters surveys of investing institutions.
He was co-founder and Executive Chairman of Lumi Technologies, a global market leader in mobile-based insight and engagement, selected in 2013 as one of the first pathfinder UK tech growth companies under the Cameron Government’s Future 50 programme, alongside Zoopla, Skyscanner, Just Eat and Shazam.
In April 2017, he effected the disposal of this business to London Private Equity group Vespa Capital.
In 2017, he co-founded Auga Technologies, a world leader in interactive technologies for the workplace and education markets through its Vevox product, where he remains Executive Chairman. In 2018, he co-founded Namier Capital, now a leading Advisor to disruptive companies.
He was educated at Oxford University, where he was a junior lecturer in Modern History at Oriel and Balliol Colleges.
He has been a visiting Lecturer in Finance in the City University of London Business School.
