Wilder Fulford

Wilder Fulford has worked for over 30 years in M&A and corporate finance in multiple industries, but with a focus in Healthcare.

For the last five years he has run The Fulford Group, a Life Sciences and Healthcare transaction advisory firm based in London. Before that he founded the London office for Torreya Partners, a Life Sciences advisory firm based in New York.

From 2006 to 2010, Wilder ran Healthcare M&A for Deutsche Bank in London.

From 2002 to 2006, he was Head of European Healthcare for Bank of America. He previously also ran Healthcare and Materials M&A for Merrill Lynch in London.

He started his career as a venture capitalist with James Wolfensohn in New York, before switching to M&A and then joining Salomon Brothers, where he was made Partner in 1997.

Wilder has a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto, and a PhD in molecular genetics from the Rockefeller University in New York.
