Brenda Carter

Brenda Carter is the Chief of Quality & Clinical Transformation for Kingston Health Sciences Centre and also the Regional Vice-President, South East Regional Cancer Program.

Brenda is accountable for the strategic development and implementation of high quality performance driven programs within her portfolio. As RVP for the South East Regional Cancer Program, she is accountable for bringing together cancer care providers to plan and deliver integrated, coordinated and high quality cancer services across the South East region.

Brenda has a Master of Health Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
