Sarah Penny

Sarah Penny, P.Eng. is an experienced professional in regulatory and environmental management. Currently serving as the Manager of Regulatory, Land & External Relations at Kingston Midstream since May 2021, Sarah previously held various roles at Pembina Pipeline Corporation from January 2014 to May 2021, including managerial positions focused on regulatory and environmental strategy. Sarah also served as the Manager of External and Community Affairs at Canada Kuwait Petrochemical Corporation, where responsibilities included stakeholder relations and government interactions for a major petrochemical facility development. Prior experience includes founding and leading Gaines Consulting Ltd, providing environmental and regulatory consulting services, as well as holding the position of VP of Environmental Management at Integrated Sustainability and Environment and Regulatory Manager at WorleyParsons. Sarah holds a Master's of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph, along with a Certificate in Patient and Community Engagement Research from the University of Calgary.
