Soumya Singh

Soumya Singh currently serves as the Deputy Director of People at Smart Energy GB, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operations and implementing initiatives focused on diversity and retention. Additionally, Soumya holds a position as Visiting Faculty at Kingston Business School, teaching HRM and Organisational Behaviour, and serves as Faculty Director at the Chartered Institute of Professional Certifications, creating the Certified Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion HR Manager program. Soumya is also an active Board Trustee with Anti-Slavery International and The Independent Film Trust, alongside roles with UnLtd and IFT Studios. Previously, experience includes leading HR consulting at Boringbits and contributing as a Global HR Transformation Consultant at Reckitt Benckiser. Soumya is currently pursuing a Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School and holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from Kingston University and an MBA from Jaipuria Institute of Management.
