Moritz Wehle

Moritz Wehle began their work experience in 2005 as a Military Service member in the Bundeswehr Wir. Dienen. Deutschland. Moritz then interned at Alpha Real Capital in 2009 before joining Nuveen, a TIAA company, in 2011. At Nuveen, they held various roles including Working Student, Investment Management, Trainee, Investment & Asset Management, and Intern, Investment Management. In 2013, they worked at ESTAma Investment as Transaction Support before returning to Nuveen as an Asset Manager, Retail from 2014 to 2016. Moritz then joined Allianz Real Estate as an Associate, Retail & International, and later as an Asset Manager, Retail & International from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Transaction Manager at CBRE Investment Management EMEA. Currently, they are the Director Client Capital Global at KINGSTONE Real Estate, starting from 2022.

Moritz Wehle obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate from Bayes Business School in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Business at Munich Business School from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, Moritz attended San Diego State University for their studies in International Business, although no degree information is available. Moritz'seducation journey began earlier with a Leaving Certificate from St. Columba's College in Dublin, Ireland, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.
