Jackie Schluter

Jackie Schluter is a seasoned professional in healthcare operations and analytics, currently serving as the Corporate Director of System Operations & Analytics at Kingston Healthcare since April 2015. In this role, Jackie oversees operational performance across 14 facilities in four states, ensuring quality care delivery supported by over 2000 employees. Jackie has held additional interim positions, including Director of Accounting & Finance, and has extensive expertise as an Operations Project Manager, Business Systems Analyst, and Business Intelligence Analyst, where KPI dashboards were developed to enhance operational tracking. Prior experience includes managerial roles in accounts payable and cash management at The Schroer Group and accounting support at The Shealy Group, alongside a strong educational background with an M.B.A. in Health Administration from Walsh University and a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from The University of Akron.
