Previous experience includes roles as a Business Development Manager at SoftwareONE, where responsibilities involved optimizing software assets for organizations, and a Relationship Manager at ADP, implementing HR and payroll solutions for small businesses. Additionally, Caleb held positions at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, providing financial aid counseling and support for prospective students, and at the Legacy Hotel and Conference Center, excelling in customer service. Educational background includes a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's Degree from Columbia International University, complemented by a certificate from Torchbearers: Caleb's Hill.

KingsWay is about Knowing, Applying, and Proclaiming the gospel. We never want to lose sight of Christ and his work on our behalf. Although we believe more things than the gospel, we want the Gospel to always be at the center. As Christians, we must never move on from the Gospel to something new. Success in the Christian life only comes by living in the shadow of the cross. We believe that God planned for us to understand the truth about who He is, that God has revealed himself clearly, and that God’s truth can be stated in simple propositions that can be understood. At KingsWay, we deeply value the family. We spend much of our time trying to support the families in KingsWay. While not every family matches the ideal, Scripture sets out a grand vision for the family, and we want to live out that vision as closely as possible. We encourage parents and teens in their relationships with God and each other. What should a church look like? Should it be traditional or contemporary? Loud or quiet? Dressy or casual?
